Portable Living: 2 Story Japanese Mobile Home

A group of Japanese students have created an amazing mobile home that may be a first of it’s kind. The truck based dwelling has a unique pop up second floor that expands out of the body to create a beautiful traditional Japanese bedroom. The ingenious design of the home manages to fit in a fully featured kitchen, bathroom, deck and living area as well. It took 2 years for the group to build this compact-living marvel – none of the three friends are professional designers or engineers.
