Called Twitchboard, it ties together micro blogging and bookmarking to make your web travels a lot easier. Twitchboard watches your Twitter-stream and notices anytime you post a url, and automatically sends the link to your Del.icio.us account. Simple, but very useful in compressing multiple actions into one step.
