“Looking For Love In All The Wrong Places” was the new solo installation and exhibition by London-based artist INSA. Working in collaboration with the Nike Sportswear IAM1 launch of the 2009 Air Maxim, INSA’s premier London show in 2009 featured footage from the IAM1 Journey Nike Sportswear project by Charlie Dark. It featured a multimedia mix of large scale installations, photography, prints, exclusive collaboration projects, and a stunning animation made up of 35 frames which were hand painted across east London in 7 days. This artist collaboration project had evolved out of inspiration from the 1987 Air Max 1.

Yeah.. I saw this a few weeks back. It definitely is an interesting style but I wonder if it’s just Nike imposing ‘urban spam’ across London….

Yup, it might just be another episode of spam across London. Since it looks like INSA has done this project before in 2005. This time Nike granted him an exhibition just in case you didn’t see the paint.
