Smart Energy Glass Generates Its Own Power
Dutch entrepreneurs Casper van Oosten and Teun Wagenaar have created a special glass panel which collects solar energy and generates its own power.
Users can control the light levels in their room by switching between three modes: dark, privacy and bright, which serves to collect solar energy. This sun power can be used to generate electricity to be used locally or can be fed back to the grid.
