JetBlue’s QR Code Ad Doesn’t Scan
A new advertising campaign for JetBlue doesn’t seem to technically work. The ad for the US airline found in New York’s subway stations uses a mobile tag to highlight their exotic trips – but when the PSFK team tried to scan the QR code on two different days, our phone’s app couldn’t see it.
Maybe the team behind it should have read: PSFK’s Future Of Mobile Report, eh?
Update: PSFK just got word that Jetblue has just launched a revamped version of its Getaways program, which may help explain the error. Details of JetBlue’s new Getaways program can be found here.
