Moodscope is an online tool that aims to lift moods by providing pyschological methods to monitor mental states and an online network to lend support to it’s users.
It uses an online card game, based on psychological testing methods, to allow users to measure their mood. The website tracks the user’s state on a daily graph, and allows them to add comments to this graph. Crucially the website also facilitates a support network for it’s users. A moodscope participant can nominate trusted friends who will receive emails of their daily scores by email. They provide support by acting as your ‘buddies’.
Moodscope is currently in it’s public beta trial and is free for participants to sign up.
