The mother of slain rap legend Notorious B.I.G. is turning her late son’s memory into a lasting brand after signing a deal with the marketing firm, Brand Sense Partners to manage licensing and merchandising for the Brooklyn native’s name and likeness. The intention of the product range is to keep the slain rapper’s legacy alive. Biggie’s former manager, Wayne Barrow, explains:
“The family and I are excited to move forward with the exceptional team at BSP. Their understanding of Christopher’s cultural impact, as well as their vision for our brand mission made them the best partner possible for the task. We look forward to working hand in hand with them to build on Christopher’s unique legacy.”
