Quick Change Area Implemented On The Retail Floor

By Piers Fawkes on August 10, 2011

Bargain-priced fashion retailer Old Navy has implemented a hub and satellite dressing room arrangement that breaks apart the primary fitting room model. Allowing shoppers to remain close to the merchandise, centrally placed dressing rooms and smaller, quick-change areas facilitate convenient re-sizing and reduce effort spent hauling around potential purchases. Labels hung on fitting room hooks help shoppers sort through potential purchases with phrases like ‘I love it!’ and ‘not for me.’
