A new campaign in Russia created by the Moscow Ministry of Internal Affairs, tackles road safety with an intriguing app for smartphones. The app uses geolocational technologies to augment reality and allow the users to instantly see car-related deaths, accidents and injuries that may have occurred in that particular area. You can view the accident in more details with photos, videos and information.
The agency behind the app, Simply Zesty, is encouraging users to download it by placing chalk-like outlines of bodies around the city with QR codes. There’s also a web-based version of this app for those who don’t have smartphones.
