Users will be able to upload a photo directly and tweet them to their followers.
Twitter is rolling out a new feature that allows you to upload images directly to your tweet box and share them with all of your followers. A small camera icon has been added to the tweet box next to the compass icon for adding your location. Once you’ve tweeted it, others can view the image by clicking your tweet, which opens up a display pane.
Twitter will continue to support images hosted on 3rd party providers and you won’t be able to see images from protected accounts unless you follow that person. This new feature will be available to all users over the next few weeks.
