Create Personalized Postcards On Your iPhone With ‘Postcard On The Run’ App
Postcard on the Run is a free app that lets you create postcards on your mobile device. You can either take a new photo, use one from your phone’s album or from Facebook and then add a personalized message and signature. You can also include a mini map of your location using your phone’s GPS. Then, select a recipient or use Postal Gopher to retrieve an address, and the printing, postage and delivery will be dealt with automatically.
Each postcard costs $1.49 and you can pay by credit card or Paypal. Postcard on the Run is available now for the iPhone and iTouch, with Android and iPad versions on their way. It’s open SDK also provides a new monetization layer for developers, as it offers them the chance to integrate photo printing and shipping services into their apps.
