American Airlines Turns Any Smart Device Into A Virtual Boarding Pass

One of the largest airline companies is allowing passengers to board planes simply by scanning their smart device. American Airlines passengers are able to download their boarding pass directly onto a mobile device. The virtual boarding pass features a QR code that can be scanned at selected airports globally.

This is just one of the digital aspects AA has implemented to make traveling more convenient and efficient. Passengers are also able to check flight status or change reservations via AA’s mobile site. In addition, the travel app also helps users to plan and manage trips.
