Al Gore, PSFK and the Climate Reality Project recently presented gaming ideas that advocate the reality of climate change through game mechanics.
Last week at our special PSFK event in New York City, we presented ten concepts that had been selected by Al Gore and the team from the Climate Reality Project. As part of the Gaming for Good challenge we distributed over 150 briefs which resulted in 60 amazing game concepts that were sent to PSFK. This longlist was shortened when we assessed which concepts most accurately and effectively advocated the reality of climate reality through game mechanics. We were lucky enough to have a representative from each agency in the ‘top 10′ attend the event, with creatives coming in from across the country and also from Canada and Italy.
