Converse Short Film Series Embraces Street Art In China

In coordination with Beijing’s Design Week, Converse hosted Off Canvas, a bold street exhibition spotlighting six international and local typographic artists “culling from the diverse worlds of graphic design, art, and graffiti.” Artists that participated include Neville Brody, EINE, Benny Luk, Ying Yonghui, SHOE, and Nod Young.

To further promote the art works, Converse created a series of short films in October of 2011.

We created 6 unique artist short films documenting their installations, and available now for viewing. Each film is informed with a unique treatment, story and inspiration informed by the artist and their work.
