The ‘Sun & Cloud‘ Self-Generating digital camera from Superheadz Japan is the company’s new take on digital retro photography. The $200 camera can be charged using solar power and hand cranking, meaning you’ll never be without a camera because you forgot to charge the battery.

Digital Camera Features Solar Panel & Hand Crank For Charging

It features a solar panel on top of the camera, which is capable of self-generated electricity power that charges the device automatically. The hand crank on the side can be released and turned to manually wind the camera and charge it up using kinetic energy. There is also the option of USB charging, so the camera can be used anywhere.

The minimalist, box-shaped camera can capture both photos and videos with its 3 megapixel lens. It has 15 built-in filters and three shooting modes (normal, portrait, and macro). A high-power LED light enables photographers to shoot in the dark, and the built-in mic lets them record sound in videos.
