White Sneakers Come To Life With Projection-Mapped Designs [Video]

Craig Winslow II is the designer responsible for an original concept called “illuminimal” which combines video projection with physical objects to completely customise their appearance. Now he’s taking this concept to footwear with his latest offering called “illumifeet.”

Despite being a relatively old technology, Winslow is confident that he can create combinations which have a story to tell, instead of pieces of art that just feel like a tech demonstration.


Winslow’s ‘illuminimal’ passion project acted as the catalyst for him to start his own company, allowing him to fully focus on pursuing these side projects. He aims to collaborate with more companies and individuals, while continuing to experiment and self-initiate design projects of all sorts.
