Inspired by landscapes, wool carpet recreates nature's charm

Despite our focus on technology and smart appliances when it comes to modern design, some elements of a good room withstand the test of time. For starters, no room is complete without at least one element of nature. Whether a potted plant or a bouquet of fresh flowers, adding something green to a room transforms it. For her part, artist Alexandra Kehayoglou invokes the feeling of nature through her unique creations made of wool.

According to her Facebook page, the artist is interested in exploring the “production processes linking art to the craft and developing a functional work of art, where the knowledge of materials, technique and the unifying concept of the work are combined as inseparable components.”
