A Gmail assistant for real estate agents helps them manage their email accounts while working with multiple home buyers

Startup Amitree believes real estate agents have their work cut out for them and sought to make their jobs easier by designing a Gmail assistant just for them. Called Folio, the Chrome browser extension connects to an agent's email account to organize messages concerning different properties.

Folio funnels emails from a specific buyer into a single folder, granting the agent the ability to see the buyer's individual set of emails rather than the massive clutter of their online interface. The agent can then customize the set-up of each folder and set reminders about offers, inspections or other tasks that they may need to continue working with the buyer.

So far, more than 30,000 real estate agents have downloaded Folio since the app launched a year ago.
