Ride-sharing app Lyft is seeking to improve its driver experience by adding new features, including 24/7 live support

Lyft is one of the few services giving Uber a run for its money, and it’s hoping to gain a few more fans during its “180 days of change” campaign. One improvement entails 24/7 live support accessible to drivers through its app, making it easier for them to get any assistance they may need by phone or email.

Lyft is also implementing improved Spanish language features, including having 24/7 live support available in Spanish in addition to English. The goal is to help keep Lyft flexible to fit the rider and the driver, including providing features like “ride guides” to help drivers figure out where they are most likely to find their next customer, and scheduling rides ahead of time. With more flexibility, riders can feel good in the knowledge that drivers are getting the help they need, and drivers can provide better service.
