The retailer will host more than 20,000 holiday parties this season

Retailing supergiant Walmart has announced that it will host over 20,000 holiday parties across its Supercenters this season. The parties will be spread out over the course of November and December, falling on three different dates, each with particular themes.

The first party of this year is the “Toys that Rock” event, hosted on November 4. The event will provide people with the annual catalog for toys as well as sticker sheets for kids to mark their desired toys. Santa will also be present in the toy section, where children can go to visit him or play with the new toys. On December 2, Walmart will be hosting the “Parties that Rock” event which will provide customers with insights and advice on how to throw top notch holiday parties themselves this season. Lastly, the “Gifts that Rock” party, which will be on December 16, will show off the top gifts available at the customers' local Walmarts.

The parties are all a part of the store's larger goal of helping customers to “Rock this Christmas
