Hermes Tokyo Window Display Inspires Playful Fashion
The fashion brand's Tokyo location teams up with Shigeki Fujishiro to create a game-like display
A good window design can help a store stand out and bring in new, curious customers, especially in outrageous shopping places like Tokyo’s Ginza district. Designer Shigeki Fujishiro takes a new window display for French fashion brand Hermès to an unusual and whimsical level with his design entitled Game. The design is meant to tie into the Hermès theme of the year, which is “Play Play Playful Life.”
The display includes charming designs reminiscent of pinball machines and other motion games, using wooden elements and moving balls create a playroom-like atmosphere. And of course, each different section of the display proudly displays different Hermès products that are currently for sale. For those looking to see it for themselves, the display will be on view at the Tokyo Hermès store until March 13th.
