Nordstrom is debuting a fashion campaign that is intended to help expand its reach to male consumers by showcasing the top brands and latest trends within outdoor apparel. Concept 001: Out Cold is Nordstrom's showcase of retailers that the store has declared the best for snow sports and weather protection.

This showcase will be taking place at Nordstrom's New York and Seattle locations from mid-January until February 8 and online until March. Concept 001: Out Cold is Nordstrom's way of introducing these 20 brands to the customers it already serves, while heightening engagement with non-Nordstrom shoppers.

Out Cold is the first curated collection from New Concepts, a platform for customers to discover the latest menswear products by enabling physical and digital popups in partnership with the featured brands. The department store hopes that the popup concept will help establish itself further in a new category. Nordstrom has plans to continue this product showcase after Out Cold wraps with a new selection of labels that will begin in mid-February and continue with installations such as this for the rest of 2019.
