PSFK is proud to host a morning conference on January 17, 2018 in New York City connected to the findings of our latest report on the rebirth of retail.

PSFK’s latest Future of Retail 2018 report provides a roadmap on how to combine physical retail with an invisible layer of technology-driven service — the goal of which, is to connect with shoppers to drive sales, encourage repeat engagement, and build brand affinity.

A mix of talks and presentations  will help attendees understand:

The Future of Retail 2018 conference will take place at Scandinavia House at 58 Park Avenue (between 37th and 38th Streets). Doors open at 8:30 am.
